Most pathetic unprofessional customer service ever I have experienced in virginia. The big fat women at the counter are extremely rude and ugly looking. They don’t know how to talk to customers. I just realized after going through all the reviews for this store. I will never visit this store in my life nor I will suggest anyone to shop in this store. I am also sure the manager is aware of all this bad reviews on google I guess he just wants cheap service.
