Great experience every visit. Extremely friendly management and staff! Great tasting food. Definitely recommend!

This is my second time going to this Chili's. My first experience was when I went with my friends. I ordered a steak at medium rare, and when I received my steak it came out well done. The server was very nice and apologetic and brought me another steak. This one started out medium rare and turned to well done by the middle of the steak. Today I decided to give them another shot. I brought my dad with me this time and we ordered the steak and prime rib fajita and I got the salmon and broccoli. The waitress was very nice, but it took about 45 min for our food to come to the table. Tables that came in after us got food before we did. When we did get our food the top and middle of my dad's fajita were cold, but the bottom was hot. My salmon was skinless, overcooked, and burnt on the bottom. The broccoli, however, was amazing with a bit of pepper. Over all this was a poor dinning experience. I gave this 2 stars based off of the friendly wait staff. They are very attentive and caring.
