I am unhappy with the level of professionalism, lack of clear communication, no follow up, integrity, and absent commitment to do right by customers from the start.
I took my car here for body work and repairs after an accident. I paid out of pocket for a rental car for more than a week. I was told an alignment would be done on my car (and it was not); I was told the rim would be refinished (and it was not); and they did not put my original tinted window/glass in the replacement door.
As far as the tint is concerned, body work is not mya area of expertise, in their experience, they should have communicated to me up front, thoroughly what to expect regarding my tint on that window and explain what my options would have been. Also, everything that was promised would have been done to my vehicle; should have been done and it was not. This is just bad business practices. It does not leave a good impression on me and word travels fast in small communities. Doing right by people the first time is important. Taking care of customers speaks to what kind of person you are, especially when no one is looking and it is a direct reflection of your integrity. Chris would not answer my calls when I called about these issues. I had to call him several times and send text messages that went unanswered. And then he had his "secretary" handle my call, and she never honored her word and folllwed back up with me.
I would not recommend you taking your vehicle here.
