I called Complete Heating & Air last year when my 5 year old air conditioner failed. I called them after the company, whose technicians installed the unit, failed to diagnose the problem after 2 visits. Douglas, a technician with Complete Heating & Air came out and diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes. He pulled back the pane and found solid ice, indicating possible of loss of freon. I would have used Complete Heating & Air at that point; however, the general contract we used to build the home said we should call the original company back to fix the problem, as the unit was still under warranty. We did, and the original company fixed the problem (a freon leak), after I told the tech what Douglas had found. Needless to say I will NEVER use that company again.
Then, one of our furnaces recently failed. I called Complete Heating & Air, and they sent Douglas back. Thank God! He came out on 4/10/2018. He opened the unit, and he diagnosed the problem, again, within 15 minutes. The units are no longer under warranty, so Douglas ordered the parts (failed switches). Complete Heating will be back out for the installation when the parts arrive sometime next.
I will use Complete Heating & Air, again, because if Douglas is any indication of the level of service provided throughout the company, this is definitely a keeper. Douglas is knowledgable and he explains the problem in layman's terms that make sense. He is courteous, and he left me feeling comfortable with his abilities .
