Country Cafe

Farmers and lawyers, weekenders from the city and folks whose families have lived there since the American Revolution. Bold faced names and mechanics. Food is diner fare--sandwiches, fried shrimp platters, burgers. Great desserts, like cobblers and mile high layer cakes. Iced tea, sweet or unsweet. The owner is the cook and will come out of the kitchen to see how you liked a new special. This is a sincere place with friendly country manners.
