I needed help with a flight booking a minor and called this agency. The lady I spoke with was uninterested from the beginning and kept telling me I needed to call the airlines directly. She would verbally sigh and at one point told me she was not interested in helping me with this. I would not use this agency for any kind of travel assistance nor would I recommend them.
