Everyone is very nice and I've never had an issue with any errors in filling my prescriptions. The one thing that I have experienced is having to wait in line when picking up prescriptions. You see up to 5 or 6 people in the pharmacy, but waiting on the customers is not their 1st priority. When you finally do get their attention, the transaction process is slow, which is not necessarily the clerk's fault, now that you have to sign the waiver. I would like them to realize that prompt service is everything in a retail business. Without the customer's money, the doors would close and everyone there would be job hunting. Never make customers wait! Stop whatever you are doing and take the money! The customers will be happy and the staff will enjoy job security.
