I worked with Lena Elhag and she was great. I came in looking for an old cologne (Polo #3) that I used to use frequently only to find out it was discontinued. Rather than turn me away she told me about the composition of the cologne that gave it it's aroma and showed me several very similar colognes. Long story short - I left as a very happy costumer!
