Cut off our power , we have lived in our house 38 years.... we were late with the budget bill a couple of times and they took us off the budget, which made it hard to pay the entire balance. Called ... and even though it was within about an hour of being shut off , charged us 400.00 to have it turned back on.... as a security deposit.... REALLY?? After 38 years??? Will get it back at the end of the year if we are good... plus we had to pay the entire 1000 balance. we are back on the budget now.... not very accomadating.... Good thing I had some retirement money.... thanks Va. Power.
