Dominion Virginia Power

5 days and still no power in the Hartwood route 655 area. Trees still hanging over access route. Oh, maybe that's why lines snap when trees fall...just an idea. Is this why Virginia needed assistance from the Florida power crew... because our workers under perform or are they just inept...you choose. Began throwing food and medication away. Is there another worse company than Dominion when needed? Oh they have too be tied with Pepco. The joke is on us. We will pay for the overtime. Still waiting on power 5 days after the wind storm of March 2018.

Their response to recent wind event has been underwhelming...they always talk a great response...but the actual restoration of power of certain areas is below par. Wish I could choose an alternate company...after 18 years, am not satisfied with their service. ..
