The arrangement looked absolutely NOTHING like the one I ordered. Not in color, style or theme. I ordered a basket full of yellow flowers and green plants with a bird and bird's nest. What arrived was in a cheap, ugly basket with pink and yellow flowers and a pink satin bow on the top. No one called to ask if I'd like to order something different (since they obviously had nothing even remotely close to what I'd ordered). Florists should not post pictures and have people order based on those pictures, if they're just going to send whatever they feel like.
