Dr Collins's billing staff are inept...or worse. I agree with the last person who said their practices are unscrupulous. We were overcharged over $500 from a wisdom tooth extraction in November 2017 and it is now May 2018 and we have spent probably 35 hours calling them. They have employed all types of delay tactics (didn't understand the insurance, don't have our records available, credited our card & don't know why it hasn't gone through...); we haven't even been able to get a written accurate account of the billing! I Never spend time writing reviews, but you should know to Avoid Avoid Avoid!
