Dr. Cynthia June Lee D.O.

I had a new patient apt today with Dr. Lee. I called to confirm on my way and was put on hold for more than 3 minutes. I filled out all the new patient forms and sat for 10 minutes past my appointment. When i inquired as to when I would be seen, I was told she was running more than 45 minutes behind. I did not wait. This office needs front desk help and assistance to ensure timely appointments. You should not ever expect to wait an hour without a call or option for another time/day.
