The Fox Hill office is one of the most unprofessional offices I have been to with staff who have no idea what they are doing. If you can get anyone to actually answer the phone, you are typically put on hold from 5-10 minutes and when you finally get to speak to a nurse, you either get their voicemail or they have no idea what they are talking about. They call to schedule appointments that have already been scheduled, give incorrect information about medications that were prescribed to you (if they even have the correct prescription to start with) and are extremely unhelpful in every way possible. Dr Boyer didn't offer any assistance in-house other than referring me to other doctors and prescribing me with the most expensive prescriptions that were available (which didn't work any better than the less expensive alternatives). I have never been so disappointed with a group of staff when it comes to healthcare, but I will be sure to NEVER refer this office to anyone. I have also made sure my insurance company and the attorney handling my injury case are fully aware of the lack of knowledge and professionalism in this office so that they are not promoting Dr Boyer or her staff to future clients.
