Dr. Gabriel Brown

Receptionist called and had my daughters appointment moved up 3 hrs bc the doctor had a family emergency. My wife takes my daughter and was so upset she refused to set foot back there. She said the doctor was rude, did not explain the tools he was using and what he was going to do. They gave her a numbing shot and when they came back, stuck a mouth pry and proceeded to try and do a cap. My daughter freaked out bc the noise. The doctor then said to my daughter honey you now have a problem bc you will need to be put to sleep have this done and got up and removed his gloves and walked out. The assistant then proceeded to explain to my wife that they offer to put kids to sleep in office now. My wife was so pissed and confused asked why did they not explain anything they were doing, that she was five. The assistant had no compassion. I was left to call and get the records for both children and we have now have a new pediatric dentist. And guess what, my daughter has no issues and did not have to be put to sleep. Never again
