called to make an appointment for a routine cleaning on 11/28; appointment was set for the next day (11/29). arrived around 11:25 for an 11:30 appointment. was taken back to the examining room a few minutes after. had a great hygienist (Penny). x-rays and cleaning took less than 20 minutes. great staff and timely execution of activities.
