I stopped using them for a while due to rude customer services, I assumed that the personnel had changed so i attempted to give them another chance on 9/17/12. I dropped off 17 items not thinking I should count the items when I collected them on 9/21/12 I proceeded home only to find out a few week later when I began using the items that several shirts were missing, when attempted to discuss the problem with them the person on the phone was very rude and dismissed me and hung up. I will not use this location again and I will take responsibility for not counting my items and move on.
