I have a love/hate relationship here. The folks that are on the weekday morning shifts are great. Food and drinks *usually* always come out right. I can understand the occasional hiccup when it's super busy during the morning rush. Window staff are regularly sweet and polite.
Service gets a bit hit and miss on late afternoons and weekends. Food will often come out wrong or they'll forget entirely. Once, I gave my order to the guy, he repeated it back and confirmed it, and then when I got to the window, he asked for it AGAIN because he ADMITTED he forgot it. Why not punch it in the system..? While taking the order initially? Then, when I got my food and drink, it was STILL wrong. I gave up and accepted it as it was. (I ordered an iced coffee and got a hot coffee?!)
If you want your order right, go here in the morning during the week. That shift has it together.
