My mother bought a valentines arrangement from here, not only did they not deliver on Valentine's Day ( even though the status email she received had said it was delivered) the arrangement that did come was in TERRIBLE condition. I don't have the heart to tell my mom after having to call and battle for delivery that the fruit that came was freezer burned, soft, and mushy. I wouldn't bother with this franchise location.
