Very Horrible Experience. The management is poor....they care only of taking money out of your pocket. It was not at all relaxing. They are rude...far from humanity.

Please heed the one star ratings for this salon. You do not want to spend your time or money here. The Management team does not have a comprehensive understanding of customer service and feel that "you people" try to take advantage of them. Further, the male technician was aggressive and demeaning as I attempted to explain the sub par experience that took two hours of my time and resulted 10 unpolished, damaged and dried nails (from the 100% pure acetone). The salon claims to offer Shellac polish. However, my two instances with them have lead me to believe they are using some other brand. With my first polishing, the nail color faded over time and lost its luster. Although they corrected it, coming back for the correction lead the management team to believe that I only wanted a free polish. (Let me assure you that was not the case. I was just stunned by the performance of the polish and wanted to give Elle Salon another try. MISTAKE!) I returned today for a white polish with glitter. Well, the white polish shrank/crinkled while under the curing lamp - which was extremely hot to my skin as well. The male technician told his counterparts to keep painting as it will go away with the top coat. Unfortunately, when my complete polish was finished, the wrinkled impression was still visible. I let them know that I was happy to return on Wednesday. They offered to remove the polish and charge me $22. Once I returned, I could pay the remainder $13 for the total price of $35 for the Shellac polish. I let the management team know that I was happy to pay only $17. The Manager then keep my card and held it until I signed the receipts. I was floored, horribly embarrassed, and at a loss for words. I ultimately signed the card DURESS and immediately contacted my bank to deny the charge. I ultimately believe that this was a breakdown in communication due the language barrier which was further exacerbated by the Management team's belief that people are trying to take advantage of them. Unfortunately for them, that was not the case. After such an awful experience, I have decided to forgo visiting nail salons.
