Jeremy was wonderful. So helpful and polite. I did call the day before and am so glad I did. Highly advise it if you want a car ready for you. They were scrambling like crazy because of a high volume turn over period. We also used them 2 months ago for a rental for my daughter to return to New York. They were great. :)...again, we called ahead and all was ready and waiting.
