My wife rented a standard car that was supposed to be a Buick or equivalent however do to traffic we were about an hour late getting there for the reservation. We were told that they no longer had any cars however the lot was full. They said they had a waiting list and since we were just past the hour our reservation they no longer had a vehicle for us. When we told her that no where in the online rental agreement did it state we only had 1 hour past our reservation. They asked us if we could wait til 5 pm, it was only 1 pm. We told them no we couldn't and magically they had this stained up piece of garbage corolla that had smoke staining the windows, seats were covered in stains and burn holes in the headliner.There is absolutely no way they rented the car we had reserved but instead wanted to use this beat up vehicle and still pay the full price of the larger vehicle we had chosen. We were in a pinch so we took the car and headed our separate ways. We felt taken advantage of by this establishment and would not recommend them to anyone looking for an honest interaction. Enterprise will definitely be off of my list in the future.
