Enterprise Rent-A-Car

After being told I could drop my rental vehicle off at any Enterprise location I was charged a $49 drop fee. Also, I needed to extend the reservation for a week, I booked it again through the website because it was a better rate and they charged me a second $100 deposit. Isaiah was very nice and tolerated my frustration well. But the whole experience felt like I was being sqeezed for every dime they could possibly get. I was having an extreme financial hardship and was renting a car while my vehicle was being repaired. I explained this and asked for the drop fee to be waived, since I was told it could be dropped anywhere with no explaination of a fee, the woman said absolutely not. She was unsympathetic and harsh. Not a good experience.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! From the management down they are wonderful. I have rented from them a few times and my Father only uses them and quite frequently for work. They make the process so easy and quick, and are always avaialble to answer questions. They are such a well run office and I really enjoy talking with the staff!!!!!!
