While the staff were polite, the selection of vehicles was NOT. there was only 1 car available and it was miserable. 2 people in line ahead of me turned the car down and instead took a pickup truck and a service van.
It drove like a child's bouncy car, like it had no shocks, Every movement, had the car BOUNCING up & down. After 3 days I felt the car was so unsafe i took it back even though my car was in the body shop and wouldn't be ready for another week. I have been a longtime client of Enterprise and this was indeed my Worst experience with them.
