This place is usually 5 Star worthy.. but Tiffany really set me off, Tiffany is horrible, she cut my toes more then three times, and she kind of laughed it off like it was supposed to be funny stating that she would be putting ointment on my toes because she knew she cut them. My best friend also had issues with Tiffany because she stated that she needed a whole new set when in all reality she only needed a fill. Tiffany’s customer service skills really and truly SUCK and she’s not good at her job at all. Someone should definitely send her back to school and teach her about customer service because when I say if she ever tries to touch my nails or feet again I will literally RUN away, that’s how bad it was.

I've been looking for a good nail/salon since I moved back to Chesterfield area a year ago. I walked in and asked for a brochure..there were 2 young girls behind front desk..One said sure then the other one quickly said No, we dont have a brochure. I said can I look at a price sheet? So I looked it over then noticed some lotions/scrubs at the front. There was 1 sample of all the many choices and no prices were listed. I went back to front desk and asked what the prices were for lotions/scrubs they didnt know.. said they would have to go find prices for each. It seemed as if I were bothering the 1 girl. I said dont worry about it and walked out. If you leave this 1 girl at the front desk she'll turn off any new potential clients. Very disappointing. Guess I will continue to look for a decent salon, this place failed miserably!
