The people that work here are friendly. The selection of food and wine is pretty extensive. I found one of my favorite wines from Traverse City, MI the L. Mawby vineyard here and it was a pleasant surprise. The staff is friendly and accommodating to my modifications to their food orders. Also, if you want to substitute your chips out for fruit when you order a sandwich they'll let you do it.
