Exxon

One star was required to post. If i could give them a 0 i would. Went to this gas station to get a dead headlight bulb changed. I went to auto zone first to get the lightbulb and i bought one of the brighter ones that cost 45 dollars because I have trouble seeing at night. When i arrived to this Exxon I told them to just swap out the bulbs and toss out the old ones even though the old ones work. I needed the brighter bulbs. While installing they were able to change one of the bulbs but while changing the other one they dropped it somewhere in the engine. The mechanic took about 45 minutes trying to get it out but couldn't. So he just installed another Basic bulb and told me next time i get an oil change to let them know of the bulb so they can get it out. So now i have one Basic bulb on the right and one advanced white one on the left.... but the funniest thing was when i saw the bill... 60 dollars... I've gotten bulbs changed before and paid anywhere from 10 to 15 dollars.. this place charged me the entire time they were searching for the bulb... didn't get mad.. just thought it was funny that they lacked that much customer service. Also you should come check this place out every now and then, they have about 12 pumps and only one works. LITERALLY JUST ONE. rest had signs on them. Never seen a gas station run out of gas.
