The owner is Vivi she gives the best haircuts and if you don’t want her to use clippers ask for scissors (she is well known for giving the best scissors cuts and has good control of the scissors), thats who I use. She is great with a spunky sense of humor, if you are a person that get offended easy this is not the place for you otherwise walk in and get a good haircut. she doesn't do appointments and you don't have to write your name on a fancy list when you walk in. Just say hello and take a seat and wait your turn for a great haircut. I recommend this place to anyone that wants a good haircut from a real person with a great sense of humor.
