Keith and Judy are incredibly knowledgeable home inspectors. As a first time homebuyer, I interviewed over 5 different home inspectors and Judy and Keith were exceptional. It was a pleasure working with them and I would absolutely recommend Fairview Home Inspections! Throughout the inspection, Keith took time to answer all of my questions and explained everything he was doing/looking for without prompting. We were on a tight turn around for a 5 day home inspection, and Keith went above and beyond to turn around our report in time for us to reach out to contractors (this was a big coupe since our home inspection took place on Day 4). The report was meticulously detailed, relaying everything we discussed. Also above and beyond are the attached photos with arrows pointing to the problematic areas in the home. Even though home inspectors cannot guarantee how much it will cost to fix any issues that they point out, Keith was great about giving us approximate estimates for issues when I asked.
