A simple 40 gallon water heater replacement cost me $4116.34. This company is a big rip-off company. The technician came and took a look at the leaking water heater, and said, "It is leaking. You need a replacement." This is called "Diagnostic Test", and the charge was $389.76. A normal 50 gallon water heater including installation, and county permit at Home Depot would cost about $1300.00. This company charged me for just the 40 gallon water heater + installation $2089.00, and separately charged for county inspection $386.79. For the Aluminum water pan which goes underneath the heater, they charged me $386.79. One flexible gas hose cost was $110.00. Like these, so many exorbitant charges were levied, and the total cost was $4116.34. Customers! Beware to call this company for any plumbing work at your homes. Think twice before calling these guys.
