Disgusting service and very rude female member of staff. This was our experience with this auction house. After winning two lots with them, they took the money from our card without prior consent. They obtained our bank details from the third party website we used to bid on the auction without consent. No emails from the auction house to notify us of this or any apology given, they just took the money straight away after the auction ended. Also the two shippers this auction house advertise are likely to be their close friends or themselves in our opinion. The first shipper quoted nearly $122 to ship two small china dolls to the United Kingdom via USPS, a total rip-off. We had similar purchases delivered recently from the U.S and the actual shipping cost via USPS was just $60 or less. The second shipper categorically refused to ship internationally after he claimed to be working for UPS. The woman we exchanged emails with was evasive, patronising, unhelpful and rude. She refused to cancel the purchase and to refund our money; as a result of this they have our paid purchases and our money, therefore we will be taking further action. I do not recommend this auction house to anyone, this is daylight robbery. Avoid at all costs these pirates!
