Don't waste your time here, everything you heard about the service - rude, incompetent, preying on ignorance of customers, etc. - it's true. I've been there twice, and was astounded at how clearly they did not care about retaining long term customers. The individual who contacted me about a very elementary issue (the side paneling) knew absolutely nothing about car maintenance and was getting annoyed with me asking basic questions (how long would it take, how much would it cost, etc.) and followed up with not contacting me when the work was done. This place is a joke compared to the other Jeep dealerships, don't waste your time, and Farrish good luck surviving in this economic period where Chrysler is struggling enough already.
From beginning to end the process was painless and very expedient. The website was user friendly to identify what was in stock and to be able to build the vehicle needed. The salesman, Wayne Shaffer, picked up on our needs and in layman terms explained options between purchase, lease, terms and variables of etc... After financials submitted, the team worked within a workable schedule to test drive and streamline the signing procedure. During delivery, all options explained and tested. Vehicle was handed over, clean, detailed, fully fueled - obvious that a proper new-car PPI was done. About an hour after pick-up the salesman called with a follow on if we had any questions regarding the performance and options. Two days later the same phone call. Excellent post sales communication.
