Five Guys

Terrible attitude towards customers. I came from the movie theater across the street trying to get a burger before heading home, happy to see I made it to their unlocked door at 9:55 PM on 4/19 when their door says they close at 10 PM. The manager rudely told me they were already closed, I asked if they could honor their 10 PM closing time and they told me no, and then the manager said a joke about me to his staff who laughed as I left. How lovely! I worked the restaurant for industry for over 3 years and never would myself or co-workers have thought to refuse a customer service within the actual operating hours, we'd serve customers to the last second we were officially open!
