Quality brands at good prices and large selection of all kinds of goodies from footwear, apparel, hydration and fuel, lights, vest, sunglasses and loads of other fun stuff. The also have training available and are very active in the local running community. They can be a little on the pricy side but you get what you pay for and I like my money staying local too. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. I was in there the other day and got a pair of Saucony Peregrine 8 on sale and Geoff was super awesome at answering all my questions and knew so much about all the shoes.
