I leased an Audi Q5 yesterday from Flow. The experience was beyond awesome, from the first moment sales consultant Hunter Mcdaniel greeted me at the door, to the moment I took delivery of the car and drove off. I've never had such a pleasurable experience buying a car before.
Hunter was super knowledgeable about the car and very helpful on my test drive, and as I made my buying decision.
When it came time for business and paperwork, they made me a great offer, and showed me, using 3rd party resources online, how and why the offer was a good and fair one. They then customized my lease, based on the low miles I put on cars, to get me the lowest possible monthly payments. Josh Marks, the Business Manager, was awesome too, as we handled all the paperwork.
Total transparency and honesty start to finish, no pressure, no games.
Everyone at the dealership, and I mean everyone, was friendly, kind, and caring, all the way up to the General Manager, who introduced himself and chatted with me at the end. Hunter was then awesome again as he showed me all the features of the car and how to customize everything to my unique wants and needs.
After the sale was completed, going way beyond the call of duty, they even helped me return my previous car to another dealership, so I could turn it in at end of lease.
All I can saw is "WOW!" and "Thank you Hunter and the Flow team, for being such a shining example of business done right."
I'm also loving the car and having a blast with it.
