I took Primordial Sound Meditation with Michelle recently. Michelle's teaching style and the course content fit my needs and expectations perfectly. Meditation is now an important part of my life. I hope to take a yoga class with Michelle sometime soon. I highly recommend her.
I have been taking Barre with Michelle for over a year now. I don't like working out or going to the gym, but I have found that Michelle's barre classes are the only way I have fun while working out. She keeps the pace of the class motivating and I always feel so much better after I have gone.
