Foot Locker

Went and lined up for a FCFS shoe release. The manager comes out and tells the line that it was changed to a raffle at the last minute after he and his staff had already told numerous customers it was first come first served. In their defense they said it was the mall management/security encouraging the change. However, they should have addressed that as soon as they were aware of the release. Unprofessional.
