Fredericksburg Oral Surgery

The doctor was very nice and professional, I would highly recommend him; however, the front desk associate Belita, who also handles billing is completely rude, unwilling to work with insurance companies and patients!!!! She refused to listen and help with my billing concerns. It took me about 6 months going back and forth with my insurance company and her to fix my bill. She is very unprofessional and not a pleasant person.

Dr. Brown and his entire staff are very professional and they go above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Got all 4 wisdom teeth pulled yesterday, I went under IV sedation and dont remember a thing. Here i am 24 hours later and i havent needed anything more than small dose ibuprofen for pain. Great office, the patient is always number 1.
