you can tell by my name that I obviously don't go to a salon but my wife gets her services done here and always has a great experience and they help keep her looking beautiful! Bill and the crew are always friendly and helpful. Even fitting her in sometimes without an appointment.

Terrible, not a first, but as time went on with different people. First, customer service is awful, the women at the front desk look at you like you are scum and they are so much better than you, and unless you are directly in front of them and speak, they will ignore you and pretend you are not there. I honestly felt like by the way they treated me, it was as if I wasn't good enough to go to a salon such as theirs. My first time there was wonderful. Dana cut my hair. I am very specific on how I like my bangs styled, she did not disappoint. I made another appointment to see her. about a week before, they called me to let me know Dana was no longer there, and I needed a new stylist. They assigned me to a gentleman, who did a fine job, no complaints, but not overly happy either. The reason that time was horrible, was because although they told me Dana no longer worked there.. I saw her at a chair cutting someones hair. Basically, they lied to keep me from getting my hair done by her, to fit someone else in. My third and final time there was about two weeks ago.I called a week or so before to make the appointment, letting them know I would like a cut and my hair lightened. My hair has red, brown, and black in it, so I was not expecting to to come out looking perfect like a movie star. When I got there, they had put me with another new person, this time it was Janice. She acted like she had no idea what I had come there for, and acted like she had never lightened hair before(but had told me she had about 30 years experience). it took her quite some time just to get ready, and then continued to be very rough with my hair (pulling/tangling) throughout applying the foils. When that was completed she put me under the dryer (lightening does much better with heat) for less than maybe five minutes before she was rushing me over to the sink, literally pulling foils out, asking other stylists if they thought it would look okay if she pulled it out then. (me not realizing that she was rushing through and was trying to get by with a half done job).they pull all of the foils out roughly, and then rush me over to get my hair cut, where she started cutting my bangs overly short, like a horrible bowl cut, to which she only tried fixing after I said "I don't want it shorter than my eyebrow" for the second time. the hair cut lasted about 5 minutes, before she started drying it, and ended up having someone else finish that. Turns out she was rushing me through everything to get to another client, because she doesn't manage time well. Now, two weeks later, I am left with multiple lengths in my bangs (short and long everywhere), an uneven hair cut throughout, my hair color not anything like I asked for, and splotchy from not applying the solution evenly, or keeping it on long enough. On top of that, she did nothing to protect it(Olaplex, or other precautions), she fried it. It constantly feels stiff and broken, no matter how many times I deep condition. My hair looks like a calico cats fur. it is terrible, and I will never allow them to touch it again. Especially after three chances. Not to mention, Dana was there that time too :)
