The apple bear claw was excellent. Buttery, flaky crust, ample apple filling, with big pieces of tender apples, and just enough cinnamon. The glaze on the outside was the perfect consistency. A nice, hard glaze which gives just the right amount of crunch into the soft center. Better than any apple turnover I’ve tried. At first glance, I thought it was a bit pricey, but it’s worth every penny. Will be back for more.
