After a second call and a week later, Gibson returned my call, however, I was in the backyard. I called him back within three minutes and reached his voicemail, so I left a message asking him to come out to inspect the pump. That was six weeks ago. I never heard back from him! I intend to have the pump evaluated and will take him to court to have this matter resolved.
