Purchased a vehicle at the Winchester VA location. Charles, the sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. That was the extent of the good experience. Temp tags are dead and the dealership in Chantilly (Winchester one suddenly closed) acts like you are bothering them and they don't want to help you straighten out THEIR mistakes. They definitely don't seem to have their stuff together. Not to mention the fact that we were never given a copy of all the paperwork signed at time of sale. On top of all that, the tire pressure sensors were bad (so much for their very good intake process that goes over the whole vehicle with a fine toothed comb.) Of course, that has become our problem to fix. So many breaches of contract, so much of a run around but when you call them out on it they really just don't seem to care. I wish we had done more research before dealing with this place. The financing bank has been better to deal with than the dealership.
