I am rating the business overall a 3 rating .His work and knowledge were good. I would give those a 4/5 star. However, his customer service skills were very poor (2 rating) . The repairs were not completed at the time that he said that it would be & he became argumentative when mentioned ( via text in which went on for a couple of days...unacceptable).
