During this process 'cleaning' my chimney and 'putting a cap' on my chimney, Jimmy - the owner, came over and charged me for twice as much as the time he was there and didn't even clean or put a cap on my chimney (since there were some other issues). When I spoke to him about why it was going to be such a high fee with nothing solved, he went on a tangent about how I'm trying to take advantage of a small business (his words were not this nice and contained a few cuss words). I tried to wait for the reports explaining why there were issues with my chimney, but Jimmy stated since he was not happy with the money I was going to pay, he would not send the report along. I would NOT use Golden Chimney!
