I needed a plug/patch repair because, I had a screw in tire. I had called Firestone first & got told I would have to leave my car over the weekend, need new tire censor, new alignment, told 6 times in about a 2 minute call that it wasn't drivable, I would need tow! A lot of "if" from her! Called Goodyear right beside Firestone! Manager said, bring it up here & no charge! Customer Service at counter was Awesome & she was very knowledgeable about cars and tires! Very quick repair! I will take my car there for now on!
