It's a nice showroom, but the experience ends there. We placed an order for furniture at the end of November 2017 and it was promised to be delivered by December 23rd. It's now February 4th and they're still no furniture. It turns out the material we ordered was on backorder at the factory, but there has been zero communication from Grand. They simply said it's not their fault. I guess once they make a sale and collect they're done with you.
Update (2/10/18)
So the furniture arrived in the warehouse and we were contacted that it would be delivered to our home between 1:30 and 2:30 for no additional charge since there were so many communication errors. I made sure to be home for the delivery driver between those times. At 3:30PM, nothing. I had a dinner to go to at 4:00PM so the wife sacrificed her night and stayed behind to wait on the delivery. The drivers called and said they were delivering to an apartment complex and didn't know when they would be able to make it. Immediately following, the store called to ask how we liked our new furniture. Seriously?!? I work in customer service and this type of stuff is a business killer. The furniture finally arrived at 5:45PM and looks amazing. Thank god this is over.
