Excellent Service. Grandeur is a very clean clinic with professional employees. I enjoyed my laser treatment (well, as much as you can enjoy laser) and saw results fast. I will definitely return to Grandeur.

Don't waste your time or money, trust me! They only treat you well until you sign the papers and give them money - after that, you or your concerns do not matter!!! Initially, I was extremely happy with my first two treatments and felt that my hair was almost completely gone, but shortly after the second treatment, I started noticing that my hair growth came back as if I had shaved. My hair seemed stiffer and darker and the laser did not seem to work on me as we continue to treat further. I had shared my concerns with Farah, who seemed annoyed by my concerns and walked away stating that it's either my diet or hormones, which I didn't agree nor understood. After getting my 4th treatment, I spoke to her again because I did not see much difference in my hair removal and was extremely concern at that point. She literally got extremely rude and started to talk over me and once again stated, it's your hormones and diet and we do not guarantee any results. I was embarrassed from her behavior as others were around and listening. I was told by one of the staff member that Farah was having a bad day so I figured perhaps speaking with her over the phone in a few days would be more appropriate. Whenever I would call, the older Asian lady would say that Farah is busy with another client or not available at all and if I have concerns I would have to come in. I tried my best to explain to her that I had shared my concerns and shown my results to Farah during my last appointment, but her response was extremely rude and I did not want to be embarrassed again in front of other people. I was told there is nothing they can do and if I am unhappy with the results, perhaps I should go elsewhere or buy more packages.
