Called back and asked her why she hung up on a potential customer. She replied that she thought I was a recording. Said she was busy with another customer and would I call back later.? I declined. This was my first, and last, experience with Greensleeves. If they treat a new customer this way, how can I be comfortable with how they might treat my business colleague?
