Hair Cuttery

I am very disappointed! My daughter is starting high school (HUGE milestone) and I scheduled an appointment days in advance. When we arrived there was no knowledge of our appointment and all but two Stylist were there. Furthermore, they were unable to style her her hair like she wanted. It is a holiday weekend which limits what we can do. She was already nervous about starting high school but now she's extremely upset. I find this to be truly unfair and inconsiderate!
