Let me start off by saying that I am a returning customer. We have purchased nine cars through Hall (primarily Chevrolet) throughout the years & have had a very positive experience. My purchase through Jeep was the exact opposite. My sales representative made empty promises that he could not fulfill. I still do not know whether it was his extreme lack of knowledge of the vehicle or if he was a typical car salesman looking to make a deal. I spoke to the General Manager of Hall (Adam) who promised to call me back. It has been five days with no phone call. For every ten calls I made to the dealership, I would receive one back. It took me two weeks to receive any sort of paperwork. The car was brought in three times for a cleaning & for an oil change. (I bought the demo at 5k miles & the oil was not changed.) My car is a beautiful, safe vehicle but I would 100% purchase a Jeep vehicle elsewhere.
